Pork Souvlaki

A Greek favourite, that is packed with flavour!

Cook Time: 20-30 minutes
Shelf Life: Refrigerate for up to two days after cooking. Option to freeze (before cooking).


  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper


  1. Prepare marinade. Cut Pork Tenderloin into cubes, marinade for 1-24 hours.
  2. Skewer meat and BBQ to cooked till at least 70°F.
  3. Grill pitas for better flavour.
  4. Add tzatziki to pita, sprinkle Onion, Tomato Parsley, Lemon Juice mixture. Add meat.
